MARLO'S CONVERSATIONS WITH FRIENDS: JEAN REDDEMANN - PRAYER AS WELL-BEING

GOOD DAY.  It’s the week of Christmas when the countdown of chaotic last-minute shopping, cooking, baking and final preparations take place no matter how you intend to celebrate this year or choose not to.

I find it to be rather fortuitous that I am posting this today as I manage a personal emergency situation (non-Covid) and as Jean is doing the same herself.

This last of 2020 Marlo’s Conversations with Friends is about PRAYER as WELL-Being and it’s not your usual conversation around the topic.  I am deeply honored to be able to share this dialogue with a friend I hold in a very high, sacred space – Native American Wisdom Healer and Leader, Jean Reddemann.  Jean and I have a really thoughtful conversation around what Prayer really means, what it really looks like and how you can make it a part of your every moment without even realizing it.

My friends and colleagues take a step away from all of the hustling and bustling you are doing and put some WELL-Being towards yourself.  Listen with intention. Enjoy.

Wishing you & your loved ones a Holiday Season filled with Peace, Joy and Blessings

Be Well, Marlo
