MARLO'S CONVERSATIONS WITH FRIENDS: HEATHER BEHM – FOOD PT.2

Hello Friday & Holiday Memorial Weekend!

I am back with a lighthearted banter with my friend and restaurant owner, Heather Behm, around Food Pt. 2.  I wanted to have a conversation around meal preparation for the day/week, food and flavor combinations, understanding spices and overall making the approach to cooking and preparing food easier and fun.  I want people to let go of their fears around cooking the absolute right or best tasting meal and explore new flavors as well as learn to try and try again because it only gets better the more you keep at it.

We have a good laugh as we always do because Heather has the best sense of humor and we even talk about dessert which I thought we would agree on.  You’ll have to listen to find out how that part of the chat went.

SO. Step out of the chaos of life again for an hour or so to learn, to grow, to hear another perspective, and to take a new approach to food.  Make it fun, easy and do some exploring by opening up your paradigms around food and cooking.
