Spring is here for sure in my part of the world & it feels lovely!
As you head into warmer weather in the northern hemisphere of the world, introducing more movement, particularly outside, becomes the norm for everyone. I decided to have one episode of the podcast dedicated to a few types of movement that I feel anyone can and probably already has tried on.
