As we navigate what each day is supposed to look like and how it is supposed to feel, I offer you a handful of WELL-Being Rituals to help you and/or your team feel some sense of ease and calm. These daily ritual tools are designed to start and end the day for an individual or the team. I support what Dr. Stephen R. Covey shared in his book, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, that there is no work-personal life. We have one life with a number of roles that we all play and that if we are not filling up the role of YOU first, then you can be of no service to anyone else in your other roles.
