The intention overall is understand where you are at on your journey towards becoming a better WELL Being and implement the tools to keep you moving forward. You will have received the WELL Being Kit in the mail prior to the coaching session appointment date. During the session Marlo will explain how to implement the Tools for the New Journey as well as introduce some daily WELL Being rituals to help you continue on your path of whole living.
